Heroes
In Vermintide, you will assume one of five roles in your battle against the Skaven horde. These roles, known as heroes, will outfit you with a variety of unique items, weapons, and approaches.
Enemies
There are many types of Skaven your hero will encounter. Each has unique abilities and strengths, and will employ different strategies to bring you and your allies down.
Equipment, Loot, and Items
Every hero is equipped with a melee and ranged weapon, and can also pick up items throughout a mission. These equipped items allow the same hero to be played in different ways, and come in different rarities.
